Baltimore County Releases Name of Perry Hall Fire Victim

The Baltimore County Fire Department released the victim’s name from the fatal Nov. 20 Perry Hall fire.

The victim has been identified by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

She is Amanda Nicole Altman, 41, of the unit block of Wolf Trap Court, 21236.
