I-95 Express Lanes in White Marsh reopen tonight

I-95 Express Toll Lanes in Baltimore will return to full northbound and southbound operations at 8 p.m. tonight (January 29).  The express lanes were temporarily closed to allow crews to prioritize snow removal on the adjacent I-95 mainline lanes. Nineteen-year-old in killed Dundalk hit and run, arrest made

Dundalk officers reported a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Dundalk on Tuesday.
