Baltimore County detectives have arrested 30-year-old Mark C. Jones in the fatal shooting of four-year-old Jacobi Jones and the non-fatal shooting of two others. This incident occurred on Dec. 24 in the unit block of Breslin Court in Rossville. Jones is currently being held without bond.
