Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced that concept plans are now available for the Gerst Road Park site.
The 22-acre park will be located east of Gerst Road in Perry Hall. Councilman Marks formed a task force in 2022 that recommended light uses at the property.
“This will be the sixth park to advance in Perry Hall since 2010,” Councilman Marks commented.
“With design and engineering work already funded, now we need to push for construction as quickly as possible. This will be a real asset for the Perry Hall community.”
