There was a report that a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on I-695 in Sparrows Point Sunday night. According to the report, the victim was not conscious and not breathing. The emergency call was made on Sunday at 9:30 and the accident took place on the Beltway around Mile Maker 44.1.
