The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported that Philadelphia Road is closed in both directions between White Marsh Boulevard and Campbell Bouelvard due to a water main break in the White Marsh area.
The Incident was reported on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 9 a.m.
