Woman fatally shot in Essex on Woodrow Avenue

Baltimore County Police Department reported a fatal shooting in the Essex area early Sunday morning. According to police, the shooting occurred on Aug. 23 at approximately 1:55 a.m., in the 800 block of Woodrow Avenue. An adult female was pronounced deceased at the scene.
