Parkville Man Arrested & Charged With Rape

Detectives from the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children’s Unit arrested and charged 31-year-old Christopher Prunty and 34-year-old Francis Conda of Parkville with Second Degree Rape and several other Sexual Offense charges. They are both currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. This investigation is still ongoing.
