Essex Volunteer Fire Company reported first arriving units saw fire showing from a 1.5 story single family dwelling and requested a working fire assignment on Avenal Road. Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown today announced the sentencing of Omubo Micah, 55, of Perry Hall, relating to the assault of a resident at a Creative Options, Inc., a housing facility for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, located on the 6100 block of Eastern Parkway in Baltimore.
